At GoWeligama.com, we strive to ensure every booking results in a smooth and enjoyable experience. However, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for bookings made on our platform.

1. Advance Payment & Booking Confirmation

All bookings require a 50% advance payment to confirm the reservation. This amount secures your spot with the service provider and is subject to the terms below.

2. Cancellation by the Guest

• More than 72 hours before the service:
  You are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment, minus any transaction fees.
• Between 48–72 hours before the service:
  You are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment.
• Less than 48 hours before the service:
  No refund will be issued, as the service provider will have already committed resources to your booking.

3. Cancellation by the Service Provider

If a registered service provider cancels a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund of your advance payment, or we will offer an alternative service of equal value — at your choice.

4. No Show / Missed Service

If the guest fails to show up at the agreed time and location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

5. Booking Modifications

Changes to bookings (e.g., time, date) are allowed depending on the provider's availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to request any changes.

6. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Bank or transfer fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund.
