GoWeligama.com is an online platform that connects travelers with local service providers offering tours, transport, wellness, and related experiences in Sri Lanka.

By using this website, you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

2. Booking & Payments
  • All bookings require a 50% advance payment to confirm.
  • The remaining 50% is paid directly to the service provider upon completion of the service.
  • Payments are processed securely via bank transfer or other approved methods.
  • A commission is deducted from the booking amount before the service provider is paid.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
  • Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • In case of provider cancellation, guests are entitled to a full refund or alternative service.
  • No refunds are issued for no-shows or late cancellations (within 48 hours).
4. Responsibilities of Guests

Guests agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking and contact information
  • Arrive on time for booked services
  • Treat service providers respectfully
  • Follow local laws and guidelines during activities
5. Responsibilities of Service Providers

Registered providers agree to:

  • Deliver the service as described
  • Communicate promptly with guests and GoWeligama
  • Maintain a high standard of safety, professionalism, and reliability
  • Accept GoWeligama’s commission terms and payment cycle
6. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or its content
  • Post false or misleading listings or reviews
  • Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform
  • Impersonate another person or organization
7. Intellectual Property

All content on GoWeligama.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of GoWeligama or its content creators and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

GoWeligama.com acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for:

  • Any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the service
  • Delays, cancellations, or dissatisfaction caused by third-party providers
  • Issues arising from force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters)
9. Account Management (for Providers)

Service providers are responsible for keeping their account information secure. Any activity under their account is their responsibility unless reported as unauthorized.

 

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for users or providers who violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

 

11. Changes to Terms

GoWeligama.com may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved under Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
